Regular (quarterly/semi-annual) sales/relationship review meetings between senior ZI management and supplier management.

Total technical support and understanding of customer processes from credentialed and/or industry experienced engineers, including (but not limited to) in-plant consulting and advisory services; start up and commissioning services; complete after sales support and spare parts; on-site Zuellig laboratory facilities and support staff; and complete inventory management services

A complementary product and services portfolio that ensures the targeted customer base has access to value-added, solutions packages.

Solutions packaging for our customers includes using our suppliers' products and services, together with qualified complementary third-party companies (OEM's, panel builders, systems houses, contractors, etc.).
